I'm not sure if you mean a man forcing a woman or man or a woman forcing a woman or man, in either case the submissive has the last word, to cause a person angst does not make you a dom, it makes you an less than a person.
I take it (or took it...) to mean Forced Feminization, Wherin the dom (usually female) requires the sub to cross-dress, be subservient, act in a feminine manner, etc.
This might be considered a sort of sub-set of transvestism, and is quite popular, to judge from the number of websites...
