Go to User CP at the top of the screen - where you go to edit your sig. When you get there, click on Edit Options. Scroll down to Miscellaneous Options, and in the box that says Message Editor Interface, make sure that it's set to "Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls." If it says "Basic Editor - A simple text box," then that's why you can't add that stuff with a click, or change the size of your fonts.

No, it was a bad post. I fixed it. There is some way to change your post settings so you can see all the little tools. Just don't remember how.
