I love ethnic music of any culture. American music is good, but it's homogenized. Doesn't really give you the "flavor" or anywhere else.

Speaking of Indian music, has anyone heard or seen Tunak Tunak Tun. Please tell me that was a joke...the video at least.

I'd want to stir them up a bit - fire up the old societal embers and see what might catch fire.

Hopefully it would result in international sales of my CD.

The best thing about Indian music is that I am actually able to dance to it without looking like a fool. And by dance, I mean jump up and down in a circle with other Indians.
