For the late-night crew

Yes it's 3 am, but I know if I go in there and try to sleep I will not do so.

Ten minutes of meditation. Concentrate on your breathing. Let it flow normally, but as you inhale, repeat the words, "Breathing in, I know that I am breathing in." As you exhale, repeat the words, "Breathing out, I know that I am breathing out."
