I agree. Personally, I don't think that the teachers shouldn't have to be handling this shit. If that girl knew that going home her ass was grass she wouldn't have done it. My kids know that if their teachers have discipline issues that I will (a) be making an appointment to talk to their teacher about those issues and the plans to stop them and (b) raising HELL when we get home. Fuck that.

Wanna bet she was more worried about her parents reaction to her losing her phone? They probably could care less about texting, but will be pissed if they have to go to the school to get it. Heaven fucking forbid that parents have to interact with the kids teachers.
