I have to take at least 3 of those breathalyzers a week.

Surely they can't think I'm drunk all the time...can they?

No, dammit to hell and back.

They tell me 6 weeks...or more. Then the results will be available online...and then 2-3 more weeks to get results in the mail

This sucks. This really really sucks. And not in the good way either!

I hate the waiting part. With todays technology you would think it wouldn't take so damn long. Oh well. I guess you better take another breathalyzer.
Is that really how the cops look were you live? If so I am moving my ass down there.

Well, I suppose just as in any state, we have our share of "hotties". There are several that make me lose my concentration in court and of course there are those who make me wanna lose my lunch.

Well, I hope you get the results soon. I wish for you all the hottie cops in your court and the barfy ones in your opponents. Wait, thats the same courtroom still. Darn. If I come south and get stopped by one of these cops can I force him to give me a breathalyzer? Can't I demand one? Isn't that the law?

I think it depends on what they stop you for.

I'm not sure you can force one to "test" you for speeding. Though, I dunno....flash a little skin, and see what happens. I find with cops, that usually gets you your way. Perhaps not the most ethical way to do things....but, no one ever accused me of being Little-Ms.-Ethics.

Well you are going to You be a lawyer, so what the heck does ethics have to do with anything? Sorry. That was rude and I didn't even mean it. I like lawyers, my best friends are lawyers, they keep me out of jail and I keep them in new cars...kidding again!!!
I don't even drive so I guess I have no chance of getting a cop like that to give me a breathalyzer like that. Deep sigh. Oh well. Maybe I can think of another way.
