I won't tell you "that you just haven't had things done properly" with regards to being "eaten out". But, although I don't know of any other way to describe the two acts, being "eaten out" is not the same as having your clit licked. When I perform oral sex, I alternate between licking clit, pussy lips and sticking my tongue inside.
