Here's the pics of my piercing since you asked Graceanne! I love it! The swelling is going down quickly. These pics were taken 5 days after the piercing was done.

Cool it may be, but I don't see myself ever getting my tongue pierced. For one thing, we're risking a lot to get my nipples pierced - it's too much a risk to get a muscle pierced. For another, K doesn't like the look of a pierced tongue. *shrugs* It's why my nose isn't pierced.

That's sad Gragie. I thought about getting my nose done, but DH really doesn't like facial piercings. He said I could do it if I wanted, I just haven't decided yeah or nay yet

Lol, He said he wouldn't mind if my nose were done as long as I kept the jewelry tasteful (no huge rings and such...wich is funny cause I like the little rings that circle the nostril...oh well) but I think I'll wait until my tongue heals completely before I think about any more piercings.

LOL, my daughter has had her tongue pierced for a few years now and I still remember her degy concern the first time she accidentally swallowed one of her big metal bobs that came loose when it shouldn't have. Not sure if it ever came out another way.

Yeah, i know, kind of a wierd thing to encounter. Just had the urge.
i've occasionally had the urge for a facial piercing, but what with being allergic to nickel and cobalt, which are in most metals, it's just not worth the trouble. When i got my ears pierced the first time they reacted so badly and got so infected my mum had to take care of them for me. That was quite enough for me.

It was kinda funny. Marquis and I sat and chatted for a while about my AV. I'm not sure what it is about tongue piercings that gets some guys going. I've never really noticed any difference when people with piercings play with me..then again, I don't have a dick. Draggie still hasn't decided if it's better, but he says its definitely different. I want to get glow in the dark balls for it...maybe even the vibrating barbell (though I'll want to be completely healed before trying that one, I think it might hurt a bit otherwise)
