Well I for one, am not even getting my hopes up on the Rangers. Dad says that they have been playing pretty well. But they usually do that and then fall apart after the break. Tom Hicks, owner of the Rangers and Stars, payed the Stars a visit and was not a happy man. He said that he told them some of you will be here, some of you will not. I am going to rebuild this team just like I am with my baseball team. Richard Matcnchuk, however spell it, seemed a little worried as to whether he will be around or not. But the coach says that he agrees with Hicks. So time will tell. The Mavs have their backs pretty much up against the wall right now. And who knows how the Cowboys will do this year? They are trying to find a home for a new stadium, they have been talking about this for a couple of years. They have considered the Cotton Bowl at the State Fair grounds, that is where they were when I was a kid. They would build a new, bigger stadium. And it looked good until yesterday when they hit a snag. They (City or Jerry Jones) was wanting to use tax on rental cars to help fund it. But the state law says that you cannot use rental car tax to fund City attractions. So they are talking about going to Austin to try to get a bill to change it. Since Gov. Rick Perry has called a special session they might can get it on the ballot for Sept. I have not heard anything about either of the soccer teams. Texas Motorplex is working on getting another NASCAR race here. If they want to do really well they are going to have to do alot of road work around there! Ok there is my sports update for you. There were alot of tornadoes and hail to north of us. I heard that a tornado hit OKC. Haven't heard from any of the relatives but assuming that they are ok. They usually miss all of this.

AA I have complete confidence in the Red Sox. They can and will choke at any point.
