Actually, the best thing is an ice pack...15 minutes each hour. It is an effective pain reliever.Bitenips said:oooooh owie...you should try some of those back pain patches they have at the drug store

See how ya are?! Hurtin' me worse! LOL I survived going to the 4-A Oregon Girls Basketball Championship game at the University of Portland earlier tonight (my back is killing me now, but a great game.) Oregon City HS won their 4th straight title and 10th in the last 13 years....they are ranked number one in Oregon and number four in USA Today's national poll.
