Happy Valentine's Day! Hope you all are happy and enjoy the day.
We got our expected snow storm, we have 3-4 inches so far. It is still lightly falling,was coming down real hard, but is supposed to continue until about 4-5 today. The forecast is that by the time it moves NE of here that NTX area would have received between 5-8 inches. It looks very pretty, but I am staying inside and going to have comfort foods and watch dvds. Son is gone, dad is at home and I told him not to get out in it if he does not HAVE to. He said that he can do without getting out. So instead of a RED Valentine's Day we got a nice Winter WHITE Valentine's Day! Take care everyone!

I'm glad that most of my work is done in the field and only have to deal with the office crapola on a limited basis.Bitenips said:

I do alot of telecommuting during the winter and alot of field work in the summer...used to work inside at the phone company--major politics there. Then when I worked in Hong Kong...I ran the office, was flexible/co-workers enjoyed the freedom I gave them, and did alot of the field work, too--that was a slice of heaven since the 'big bosses' were back here in Oregon. (They didn't want to call unless necessary--long distance charges, time/day differences, etc.)Bitenips said:

Im looking forward to the opportunity...I hate my damn commute..and the money I save on gas would be nice lol

Well, Portland finally surpassed Seattle in one respect..it is 17th worst for commute time/traffic (Seattle is 18th) in the nation. (Of course, LA is the worst!) I'm glad most of my driving is done at non-rush hour and in the countryside instead of in the concrete jungle!Bitenips said:
