He'll get over it Toni, but he has to realize that education is more important than he is making it out to be. Remind him that sports are a privilege and if he doesn't put in the effort in school, then what you did is justified. He just needs to get his priorities straight...I got grounded for a month (no phone, TV, or after school playing) for screwing up in an 8th grade History class and getting a D...it got my attention and I came back with a B next grading period.
