Can you cry under water?
Sure and it's a great place to do it privately as noone sees the tracks of your tears.
How important does a person have to be before they are considered assassinated instead of just murdered?
Technically assassination is a murder technique, it usually means the victim was killed in cold blood.
If money doesn't grow on trees then why do banks have branches?
Somone has to give the cotton some shade so it grows better.
Since bread is square, then why is sandwich meat round?
So people won't ask that stupid Where's the Beef? question.
Why do you have to "put your two cents in"... but it's only a "penny for your thoughts"? Where's that extra penny going?
The IRS of course.
Why does a round pizza come in a square box?
To help prevent delivery people from spinning the pizza box like it was pizza dough and thereby avoiding some messes.
What did cured ham actually have?
Life. It was a terminal case.
How is it that we put man on the moon before we figured out it would be a good idea to put wheels on luggage?
We were stronger and fitter back then.
Why is it that people say they "slept like a baby" when babies wake up like every two hours?
Maybe they are actually referring to having dreams of angels singing.
Why are you IN a movie, but you are ON TV?
Cause I don't fit inside most TVs
Why do people pay to go up tall buildings and then put money in binoculars to look at things on the ground?
So they can be voyeurs without getting caught.
How come we choose from just two people for President and fifty for Miss America?
Do you really want 50 presidential candidates Ads running on TV at once?
If a 911 operator has a heart attack, whom does he/she call?
Either 999 (which is Britain's equivalent of 911) or they use Life Call
I signed up for an exercise class and was told to wear loose-fitting clothing. If I HAD any loose-fitting clothing, I wouldn't have signed up in the first place!
