No, I don't plan ahead. I write everything at once and I don't edit anything, just like a journal. Sometimes I'll have an idea in the morning and think about it all day before I write it down, but I'm trying to keep it to just one fluid chunk.

Some of them - I can tell already - aren't going to be any good because no one is on their game 100% of the time, but I thought it'd be an interesting way to see what I'm capable of

That sounds like a great project, almost akin to when musicians improvise. And you never know what kinds of things you'll uncover when you improvise.

I've been thinking about doing something like that, though I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to make it public.

As long as you know what exactly are you going to write about, there shouldn't be a problem in expressing ideas, the problem usually comes to choose the right words to capture the essence of what you want to write
