Following authors on main lit site doesn’t work

I’ve been reading for a while and I created this account mostly so I could more easily find new stories by authors I like and in ongoing series. I added a couple dozen favorite authors, a few days ago.

When I look for new stories / new news from them I keep getting a “Not following any authors yet?” Page indicating there aren’t any new stories, but all my followed authors are definitely there.

What am I missing?

It's probably just a read update error. Presumably you are logged in when you see that. It might be that you have cookies turned off, or some blocker program that stops the page in giving the correct information. Otherwise, I don't know.

It works as I've recently got updates about writer's I've watched, but never noticed the notice you've mentioned. Watch to see if the writers you favorited publish a new story, without your being notified about their updates. That's when I'd get upset that something is amiss.

If you're not logged in, then I'd say you might have an ID10t error.
