FLORIDA Looking

Orlando has been somewhat of a dissapointment for me.

s/m/33 blah blah

This town has no personality.

Orlando SUCK!!! Never. Orlando can only suck if you never leave your house. There isnt much you cant find withiin 20 minutes of stepping outside your front door. I have live in many places in my life ( growing up a base brat sucked ) , but I have never lived anywhere where you can see cows and palm trees in the same field on one side of town, and billion dollar amusement parks on the other. Not to mention we have several minor league sports franchises here, The Preds, Seals, and the Magic ( they play like the a minor league franchise anyway ) . If you enjoy going to clubs Orlando has some descent places to party, nothin off the hook but fun none the less. There are so many options out there all you have to do is look. Welcome to Otown Sweets, we can always use another semi straight female around these parts.

Late OTBB

well ive never lived there...but i can def say theres no way it can be boring......all i need is...some type of water to dip in :) and sports around and this chick is  :) ....but i will be traveling back home 2 miami to see my CANES play....thank god for that 2 hr drive :)

*laughs at the "semi-straight female comments*...

I'm pretty bored with Central Florida to be honest. I've been here all my life and I could use a change of pace. The only things keeping me here are my job, my family, and a lack of funds to move.

I've met a couple of people in real life that I met over the 'net. One lives in Tallahassee and the other in Cleveland. Both cities were a nice change. One thing I noticed that I (and highly appreciated) in Cleveland is the overall attitude of the people there is more friendly.

Tallahassee was a nice change, too. It's a college town, and the general populace was a little more fun.

If you're thinking of moving back, compare what you're gaining to what you'll be missing out on if you stay/move.

Thanks, btw. :D

I loved Florida and miss it very much, but then again its home.
I live on the florida/bama line now but still a 8 hour drive to Wauchula.
My ex lives in Lakeland so no I don't wanna move there lol
have a good day hun :)

Hey Florida,

I'm in school in VA but I live in S. Florida in the summers with my buddies. Not exactly a place I miss. I mean every time I go back there I-95, the Turnpike, and Sawgrass are just more and more crowded. Hell, driving along regular streets like University has become nightmarish at times. I enjoy being back in the summers but I'm glad I go to school out of state. Can't wait to be back this summer for a little while. Hope you're all having a decent time!
