casper, how was 'Signs'? Do I pay to go see it or wait for the video. Geeze, just one of those Long Island Ice Teas and somebody could have their way with me. Could never drink very much.

Signs was actually pretty good. I liked it, but then I have this thing for Mel Gibson and his Beeeeutiful blue eyes. Mmmmm!
But I digress. It was your typical science fiction/fantasy movie. There were some twists in it.

And Long Island ice teas usually knock me on my ass. But I was eating while I was drinking... so that helped a lot.!

Ah I have spent most of the day except for a couple of hours working. Got the shelves all cleaned, lined and some stuff put away. Moved the refrigerator and washed down the wall, painted once with Kilz then did half the kitchen and that with semi-gloss. Had to paint one wall in the bedroom with Kilz once, part of the ceiling twice and the baseboard 3 times. The I painted the entire wall with semi-gloss the baseboard of that wall and another and half of another.

Ok can I collapse now?

The owners brother-in-law lives here rent free and he is suppose to maintain the yard. He does absolutely nothing about it. I have picked up cans and stuff but he won't cut the grass!

Well it is time for bed for me. LOL Taking some Alieve and going to bed. I am beat and need to get up tomorrow and do emails to manager and running around.

Night and let's hope tomorrow is better.

It has been a long time since I saw a movie that scared me, guess I've just seen too many over the years. I hate 'slasher' type movies, the ones that would have the best chance of scaring me are supernatural.
I remember when I was a kid we (ebony, my little brother and I) would sit on the end of the couch and our Dad would lay down with his legs across our laps to watch the scary stuff. One in particular stands out, it was an episode of 'Night Gallery'
Roddy McDowell was the evil nephew that mudered his old uncle for his inheritance. A painting of the family estate, complete with graveyard hung above the stairwell. Well in the painting the image of the Uncle's grave began to change, first opening, then his hand emerging from the soil, then the Uncle walking toward the front door. When the Uncle reached the front door in the painting and knocked Roddy McDowell wasn't the only one freaking out. It could have been our Dad screaming and jumping at us that had something to do with it too. hehe

Long Island Iced Tea should never be your drink when you are out dancing. You get hot and thirsty, can't taste the alcohol and drink entirely too much. Wow, that was one of the few times in my life I had to call someone to come and take me home!
