LOL you guys are in for so much trouble when they finally get this place done cause I am going to need a lot of relaxing!!

They came and did work and the closet pole and shelf they put up this afternoon was really great. Didn't get a 1/3 of the stuff back in it when the screws came flying out of the wall. Seems they forgot to anchor it!

Mutt and Jeff showed up at 7:15 pm and didn't leave till after 9 pm. After a couple of incidents with Jeff I left at 7:38 pm and didn't come home till 9 pm.

I just hope I get rid of these workmen soon. The stunts the one pulled tonight really freaked me out. Guys working in my house have never bothered me or made me feel uncomfortable before. This one just does things that I can't manage to call and say don't send him back he did this but he gets really close to it. I just want them to be done so he is gone. But if they ever send him alone I don't know if I will let him in or if I let him in and just leave and not stay myself.

Monday he asked things like aren't I bored being here all day by myself. I said no I am not usually here during the day, I'm here because your working here. Then he said things like well you must get lonely a lot with just you here. I told him no I am fine and do very well.

Tonight he was suppose to put back up the shelf that let loose. He said he needed a stud finder but they didn't have one and I said I did. He said it didn't work and I showed him it did near the bathroom while talking to the other man. He went into the closet and said it didn't work could I come in and show him again so I did. He kept getting closer as I showed him how it worked again till I finally gave it to him and said there you go.

I went in to ask the other guy in the bathroom how long they would be and he said hours. It was already after 7:30 pm they didn't get there till 7:15 pm. He came in and had no trouble getting past me but when he went back out on the way out he managed to knock into me and press hard against me. At that point I said I needed to go to the store and took off.

I certainly don't think you are imagining anything. If he does it once more, tell him that he is making you uncomfortable. If that don't work call his boss, loss of a job or money may make he think differently. If that don't, file a report. End of story, don't feel bad either. What he is doing is harrassment, but give him the benefit by telling him first that he is making you uncomfortable!

Thanks hun I will. He is coming back tomorrow and with the way things look probably for several days. I did notice that he always does this when his partner is in another room except for the bathroom incident. At that point his partner was ripping out the wall and a little busy.
