Oh Dawg, go and have fun honey. I thought I would get a short time to rest between doing things. At that point water started pouring out of the wall of the laundry room. My upstairs neighbor's washmachine emptied right into my apartment!!

I showed her all the water so bad it went into the kitchen. She tells her bf upstairs and he wants to know if they can do the rest of the loads of laundry!!!!!

We told him no way. My stuff was all getting wet and what happens I am downstairs calling the emergency number from the cell phone cause it blew my cordless and the rinse cycle comes pouring out!!!!

He doesn't like going to the econo wash it seems. Then got another message on the cell that wasn't giving me messages. (Ah incidently if I called you laughing and left a message about it might being you it wasn't. Sorry! )

But at that point I figured I was either going to laugh or cry and I like laughing a lot better. In a month this will all look so funny.

So for those complaining about the rain outside just think I got a waterfall inside!!!!!!

I've had the washing-machine-leaked-all-over-everything experience. Luckily my homeowner's insurance covered it; hope you or they have renter's insurance. He (the bf upstairs) doesn't sound like the type to pay for repairs...

I'd tell you Tallahassee has better apartments but I'd be lying, landlords here take advantage of the student population just like any university town..

No the manager was great about it, he had guys right over. The people above me aren't students either he was just a jerk.
