My Col lives on BayShore and we use his place as a base for the party.
I usually set up a buffett & everyone has a good time going down & walking thru the lineup.
I usually can't walk that far due to the ankle so I stay & run the basecamp.

people usually consider it a community service when I don't cook

Sometimes my cooking is hit or miss. But I made pecan encrusted catfish last night - came out pretty good. Actually - everything I've cooked lately has been pretty good. I must be doing something wrong

ahhh I don't do real food cooking. I burn most stuff
party food cooking in mainly opening cans & dumping in a slow cooker then letting things mix & mingle

nope I eat a lot of veggies, soups & the occasional stouffers
