Pssst.... update. It's still hard to sit up for any length of time and not be dizzy. They changed the blob cast from surgery for a hard cast tuesday. The cut is 12 inches long, lots of stiches, both doctors very happy. I almost passed out when they stretched out the new tendon while making this new cast. :(

Then I fell coming in the house after the doctors visit. My good knee is skinned up now. :eek:

I got an email from work to take an exit survey. Apparently they decided to terminate me while I was in surgery. BUT no one has told me offically yet. :rolleyes:
I've called a few lawyers but only the one from my military connections has called me back at all. :(
I put together a time line report for him today so we'll see what he can do. So far there seems to be a few things they have done illegally that he's not pleased with :rolleyes:

jerks....sounds like they're in for some punishment for a stunt like that....I had always understood FMLA (if you're on it) being that you couldn't be let go or they had to keep your job open or something like that...sounds like they threw FMLA straight out the window (but i could be wrong LOL)

Oh no!!! Sorry you are having to deal with that on top of everything else. I also understood that you couldn't get fired because of something like this. Keep us posted!
