I have a question that maybe some of the ladies here could answer. What does a guy who works a rotating shift and has his kids on some of his days off have to do to get a date? I have been told by more than just family that I am good looking. I am not a body builder but I am not flabby either. I dress well and keep myself well groomed. I am 35 but I look much younger. I have a good personality, am polite, and hard working. I am not scared of getting into a long term relationship. I have my own home that I take care of. I cook, clean, and do my own shopping. I
have a nice car and I pay my bills on time. Yes my money is tight but I still have fun. I do have two children from my first marriage that I love very much and I spend a lot of time with them. So if some one can help me out by letting me know what it is that women are looking for that I don't seem to have I would be grateful.

Hey Talkie

Welcome to the Florida thread. Unfortunately, I can't help answer your question ... except to ask how strong you come on? I won't go so far as to say, as Starry does, that I want to be friends with a person first ... I kind of look at dating as building that friendship. However, I am a tad bit weary/leery of men who come on like gang busters. On the other hand, I, for one, want the man to do the asking out - at least initially. Does that make sense? It's a fine line.

On that note ... you sound like a dream. Keep up the time you spend with your kids ... that is sooooo important.
