I would move to the west coast in A FLASH if my job would allow it.. I have been on a list for a transfer for ages.. Actually would take anywhere but the south east area.. oh well. I lived in Bradenton for 5 years and miss it.. Now, I would prefer naples or jax.. anywhere but north cuba!!

b/c I get REALLY good updates ...

The 11 p.m. advisory from the National Weather Center shows that Tropical Storm Ernesto is about to off of Cuba and move toward south Florida Keys with of about 65 mph winds, which is just shy of the 74 mph of a Category 1 hurricane. Landfall in Florida is expected sometime Wednesday morning. The new path has shifted westward again, and shows that the storm is likely to move up the center of the state and exit near the Kennedy Space Center.

The tropical storm warnings and the hurricane watches now extend from the New Smyrna Beach on the east coast up, around Florida peninsula, to Bonita Beach, south of Fort Myers Beach on the west coast; the tropical storm watch extends north to Englewood, which is south of Tampa Bay. There are also inland tropical storm watches for many counties, including Polk County.
