LMAO.... I'm not exactly trainable.
It's more like harnessing the energy flow and directing it properly.
This past week I'm more dangerous then usual. Needing to down
grade the explosions so I don't blow up any more important things. :rolleyes:

harness? no.... < giggles> I couldn't handle any of that right now.
Just had the hip put back in place yesterday.

I see the doc this afternoon. I am expecting to hear "you're are grounded 6 more weeks" since nothing has changed in the tear area. The hip and rest of the leg are all worse from trying to walking in the cast. Nothing likes the 2 -3 inch difference in height. I got a suggestion yesterday to look for a clog to wear instead of my Teva to see if that helps.

Full leg cast? Honestly the only thing that ever helped when I had mine was crutches. The downside is that you get rashes on your arms from the rubber arm rests and your arms just get too tired. Other than than, you have to learn to limp. Feel better babe (and if you don't, i'll come make you feel better :rose: )

Nope I am lucky. lower leg cast and it's a removable boot. I can take it off for sleeping and showers.
Thank God it's washable with this heat. :nana:

I've been to limit my walking to here in the house and then very little to see if that helps some.
But all this time on my hands means I get bored. When I get bored I surf the net. OMG the links
I have found are interesting and educational too... :D

The depths of depravity the people can find on the internet never ceases to amaze me. They aren't looking hard enough. You have to search in German if you want to find the truly disgusting stuff. :D

P.S. Great news that you are on the mend. You will need both legs to scamper away from me little lady.

no German here altho since it's been 2 months off...maybe I should have learned that with all this time! :D
Not sure on the med yet. in some ways it hurts worse now then last month. I can not imagine how
bad it will be once they let me go to physical therapy. I'm glad I have a high tolerance for pain but THAT may make me cry!

Oh it will hurt, but work through it girl. Yeah it hurts because the muscles and tendons are mending and the nerves are starting to register the pain again. :rose: :rose:
