oooooooooooooh ... bad storm here ... thunder lasting for 10+ seconds at a time .... rolling across the sky ... pouring rain ... so much for going out tonight!

Thunderstorms were bad this afternoon. Even if we don't receive any more rain for the weekend, it'll still be too wet out to enjoy. *frowns*

Niiiiiiiiice! Have fun!

Thanks . . . but now's about the time the drunky's come out and I'm easy to hit on that thing. There's always tomorrow!!!! Hope your night got better.

Happy quiet, rain is pouring at the beach Saturday to all. I guess this is better than last nights lightning and water spouts. If this keeps up it's back to bed to lay around and listen to the rain.

Sorry 'bout that Biggie, but the thought of you being from the UK and living in Fla. and me, a native Floridian now living in the UK made me laugh.

<I'll pull m'self together, really> ;)

Anywhoo... although I'm no longer a resident of the sunshine state; please allow me to say 'ello and welcome! I still keep tabs on the land o' lakes tho.

Hope you find what you're looking for in Kiss a mee <snicker> ahem, I mean Kissimmee! :p

Ta

~kym~ from the land o' sunshine and sea  but now living in the Midlands; as far from the ocean as one could be! :(

Is this rain ever gonna stop???
Anyways anyone in here from Orlando? Where in the nightlife up there besides pleasure island/citywalk? I am gonna hit the parks, but looking for something to do at night.

Just outside of Orlando...

Lots of clubs in Downtown Orlando. Should be able to find something you like there. Doubt it is anything compared to Miami though.

It's true, things are a bit different, but have always had a good time when I have been up there. What I did notice though is that everything closes at 2 am.

What kind of bar/pub/meat market/other kind of place are you looking for? Yeah - 2 a.m. is closing time by local ordinance.

Yep. You have to start early. If you wait until 11 to go out, well you're screwed. When will you be here?

Yeah, down in Pompano Beach yesterday did not look good to the south. Lots of lightening. Even when I came up from the first dive, we were getting rained on. Made things a little nipply on the boat. lol

Yes, lots of lightning strikes, luckily none near by. I used to swim at the beach in the rain...really weird.

It was quite a show the lightening put on. It was neat from a distance. lol Yeah, it was pretty cool being on the boat in the rain. Until we started moving. lmao
