I really miss the Northern seafood... Clams, little necks, lobster and other area favorites. I can usually taste something once and duplicate it in my kitchen.
I can pretty much duplicate most of the menu at Chilly's, and it is usually better than theirs.
I make a mean Spinich Pie
Mushroom Jack Fajitas
Breakfast is my specialty... I have been told that my bisquits and gravy beats most of the southern mom's. Along with the fluffiest mushroon, bacon and provalone omlet you have ever had (the secret is steam)
Damn... now I'm hungry.
