it was more of a wake memorial type of thing for one of our flag wavers who was 99 when she passed over.
She missed 100 by 4 months. Her words were "I'm tired & just want to go home" so it wasn't too sad that way.
It was bad for me cause I had a run in with the one Military Mom who headed up making me stop waving my Aussie flag in honor of my Aussie Military friends who adopted me the past year. I was made to feel like this was high school & I was the ugly fat kid left out on purpose. Thank God the family had no clue & were wonderful as usual.

BUT it was very funny how they all talked about how good she was & how sweet and so sharp & smart
