Well when you are at the edit sig area, you insert a hyperlink. It is the icon above that looks like ball over an oval. Put the text in the first window that pops up and put the url in the second window that pops up.
You can see I then go into the line and add color and a bold.
It finally works the same way in the body of the post as in the sig line. Remembering back to when they were different.

I removed the / from the b color and URL at the end of the command line so that the actual commands I used would appear. You open the tag, put in what it is working on and then you close the tag with the /
To make it appear as above put the / back in each one of those.
