Sisters coming in from out of state - one from NC and one from Cali ... haven't seen the Cali one in 5-6 years so it'll be awesome!

Toughen up....lol....move the leg and ankle constantly as you compute.....no pain no gain. My heel stress fracutes every other month.....I beat it, smack it, walk on it and soon no pain....lol :D :D
