It's a wellness class set up by my ortho and a couple of other doctors. Everyone in the class has some sort of health issues and this is a mix of suppliments, exercises and eating to help correct or remove some of the issues.
I have rheumatoid arthritis and the tear in the achilles. With the right foods and suppliments I should be able to go off my meds and heal the tear better or faster.
