Hey Lee...speaking of lotion... go to your nearest sex store, (pop over the line to Kings bay they have a couple of good ones) and get you some "Kama Sutra" flaovored massage oil, and a "soft porn" flick, then you stop at the local liqour store and but a nice bottle of wine. Pour the wine, plug in the flick and when you have watched it, show her the oil, tell her that someone gave it to you as a gag gift. Open the bottle up and ask her if she'd like for you to try some of it on her.

But I know you're between a rock and a hard wet-spot here, so I'm gonna ask -- would you date her if she was single? (Would she date you if she were?) If the answer is yes, you would date her, then tell her that you have feelings for her (in your chest, and don't mention the ones in your pants for now).
And if you wouldn't, then tell her she's got to hook you up with someone to date cause you're going crazy being so close to a sexy woman without any sex in your life... maybe she'll take the hint, and then again, maybe she'll just hook you up with someone...
