I walk on the beach almost every day and normally at the end of Feb when all the bikers start coming down, there are several ladies who will decide to go topless. Some will try to hide it, but there are some who just don't give a damn. Obviously, you haven't been further south. We have had very little winter. Warmer weather is here and I love it.

Nude bodies are allowed in parts of the Tampa Bay area. There is a nudist colony around here somewhere. Not sure where though. Might have to check on it.
