Alas, the tour of Black Shanglan's footlocker now draws to a close. I lean more toward having my back scourged than my rump spanked, so I possess no paddles - the human hand is my preferred instrument of chastisement should I wish attention in that location.

Re: Riding Crops

Crops should be used with especial care. Because they are both thin and strong, they can leave serious welts and can break the skin. Both of these are "softened" by the addition of broader tips that diffuse force, but they can still be ... deliciously challenging. A good crop allows a precisely targeted strike and is superbly stinging and rousing. No chance of drifting oft under the loving touch of one of these. They have a special thrill all their own, and mine are some of my favorite possessions.
