The difference between sexy and sleezy.
A comedienne once commented that dressing for a night out on the pull she would wear her sexiest little black number, slightly more make-up than for day time and slinky shoes. If she pulled and had to make her way home on Sunday morning no matter what she did to make herself presentable, she looked like the whore of Babylon.

male sex and sleaze
I'm drawn to odd-looking men, in physique, face and appearances. But re. appearances there's a diff. w/eccentric dress and downright nerdy, clueless or hobo-ish (old-fashioned word and I don't mean to include those who cannot help look ill-clothed).
My best love was tall and gaunt, and young. He was pale and had long dirty-blond hair; any girl would have envited his mane. He generally wore a nearing threadbare black linen sportcoat, black trousers, white socks and Japanese cotton slippers. His shirt might be white linen, black or some pale un-color. It was his look and I loved it.
I do not like suits or tailored looks, nor the yuppie stuff. I do generally enjoy the way adolescent boys dress, and the variations across the globe. IMO, Japanese have a style to beat the French.
Sleaze in men equates to polyester, the American-tourist look, Austrian lederhosen, and the used-car dealer look.

It's all in the way you carry yourself. I've designed what can onlyt be described as obscencely short miniskirts and on some models they look good while on others the most appropriate words would be trashey or skanky. You have to have the confidence to
say hey look damn good not matter what I wear. I can tell if someone's trying to hard it shows like a black slip under a white muslin dress.

I think the difference between sexy and sleezy is all in human prejudices and interpretation vs. misinterpretation. For example, Rachel, my love, wore a very nice corsette (spelling?) And, she is the most un-sleezy person you could ever meet, her idea of a 'good time' so to speak, is watching anime, listening to the J-Rock band "Gackt" and eating chocolate (especially chocolate, how can that woman stay so slender with all the chocolate she eats )
She also wears tight jeans, but never intends to show anything with them, she likes long shirts, and black underwear, because it's cute, not to show it off (Yes I have seen, but 5 months... I mean I at least should have seen, haha, yeah, I only did see, we're an innocent couple)
Personally though, if I saw the same girl, from just different times of my day, it would elicit different responces. Say I was hormonally challenged and didn't give a damn whatsoever about sex (this happens more than people would assume). I would assume she simply was dressing like that to please her boyfriend/girlfriend, and that I would have 0 chance with her.
If I were single (like I have been many times in the past) I would say she was flaunting, seeking a male to be with her in a serious relationship (overtly mature for 18, now isn't it?) And I would think about introducing myself, and simply skip it and miss out on the chance due to shyness.... and cowardice.
Thus is my usual scenario,

So far, I haven't seen ANY woman who managed to look sexy in those pants that end on the hips. EVen if they don't have a belly that hangs over, they look sleazy and desperate to me.
A short skirt, on the other hand, is usually sexy. You have to have EXTREMELY ugly legs, or a belly the size of bus, in order not to look sexy ina short skirt.
As for men, I get turned-off by guys who wear corderoy. Combine it with a sweatshirt, and I vomit. It reminds me of the worms you find lying in the streets when it's raining.

Classic example, we have a number of teen girls living in the street, two in particular spring to mind, they go about together, both 17 and could be sisters in appearance, they aren't though.

On a few men I have been privileged to behold, a full-length black leather coat looks like a million bucks. On most men, it looks like pimp wear. ;-) Some people can carry off enormous fashion statements--it's hard to say just what quality enables them to be peacocks. But it's all about knowing what works for YOU and not overstepping your bounds...or failing to live up to them. An otherwise handsome human in slouchy, stained clothes when he or she has a closetful of decent duds is a tragedy.

Personally I just tend to find it sleezier if a woman with huge breasts wears a really low-cut top, then if a woman with perhaps B cups do. Perhaps it's because I've always preferred a hint of skin, but not keen on the whole in-yer-face-look. Leave something for the imagination.
Short skirts. Well, honestly the skirts popular right now with the waist really low... I keep wondering when I'll start to see the pubic hair on the girls. Not to mention it looks blah with all that skin being pushed up over the skirt waist.
