There quite good depends what insert you get.
Only problem I have found is the outer coating wears away and will need powdering after every use or it goes sticky, and cleaning it can be a bit of a hassle

I have used the Eggs and the lip service both get the job done nicely. They are single use products but the lip service can be used a few times with cleaning and care. The Flip Hole is designed to open up for cleaning and reuse.

I've got one with one of the wave inserts and I love it. As with any such toys you still usually have to wank yourself off with it, but I like to wedge it between the matress and the bed frame or the sofa and a cushion infront of the TV and then I can fuck the toy hads free.

I've always found them good for some variety. Not the real thing, but what is.

One thing to beware of is that masturbation toys with complicated internal structures can be real lube hogs--you pour it in, it all gets caught in some weird reservoir your cock is never gonna find, and the normal surfaces of the toy (IE the ones that you're actually in contact with) are still as dry as bone. The come with their own lube and I have never needed to add any extra, it seems to be the right amount. So to change up the masturbation every now an dagin or for traveling the Tenga is a great option to the Fleshlight but not a replacement.
