Flash! A-Ah!

[IG_88]

For my Christmas afternoon viewing pleasure I have chosen Flash Gordon. Maybe the single greatest film of all time.

I like to dress up like that bird guy, go into cheap bars and yell, “dive!”

Great cheesy 80's movie. Flash was the QB of the Jets, so I had to like the movie.

That guy looked like Gimli with wings.

His name is BRIAN BLESSED you adorable philistines!

(His name is spelled BRIAN BLESSED, not “Brian Blessed.”)

GORDON’S ALIVE!!!

(Obviously in your head you’re hearing this in Brian Blessed’s voice)

The women in that movie were hot.

Awesome soundtrack, especially the Football Fight scene when Flash first meets the Emperor.

The song from the battle scene is up there as well. I remember having the LP and cranking up the sound when the guitars kicked in.

When movie music meant something.

P.S. Dale Arden (Melody Anderson) was hot!
