I'm not sure latex is the right word, but use those medical type gloves. Prevents inadvertent tearing of delicate tissues and should make penetration easier. He should go in palm up with fingers and thumb together. No shoving, go slow. I think there is a book about it called believe it or not, A Hand in the Bush It's not really my thing. Only have done it once because she wanted it.

Yes Wizard I fully agree with what you said. Keep the nails very short and make sure there are no sharp pieces.

If he is having trouble maybe you just aren't big enough, and it's crap about "but a woman can squeeze a baby out of there" cause some women can't.

His hands may be too big for you. Go very slowly, use lube upon lube, and relax completely.

My former Dom has fisted me many times. And, in his words, he cannot fist me until he has made me come at leasr 3 or 4 times. He says that by then my body is very relaxed and ready.
