First try at an audio submission

I had a go at my first audio submission. It is a spoken letter that a woman writes to her absent lover. The words are set to a soft cello accompaniment. I submitted it and got an instant message that it could not be submitted.
I tried again and was told I can't submit - it is already submitted and is 'pending'.
However, it does not show in my list of Works as pending.
I probably did something wrong - can anyone advise?
( the audio file is an mp3, 7:1 minutes.

I only just spotted a tab on my works area for audio! Silly me. The file is in there and marked 'Pending'.
