Yes we did make it. On sunday though. It was a blast. We will probably go again next sunday.

Hello All

We had a great time this weekend. The game sucked. MSU played terriable but oh well it was still a football game. The Ren Fest was awsome we are going again this coming weekend hopfully on Sunday. Saturday didnt work out this last weekend. Hopfully some other fun things come into play this weekend also that i have been working on.

Well it has been really busy around here so we ahvent had time to take any new pics. I only have about ten more to show. So that is why I havent been posting latley as many as usual. Hopefully we can change the situation this weekend. Mabey get some good ones at the Ren Fest also.

WOW I just went ALL the way through this thread needless to say I enjoyed it But it looks like you guys had even more fun taking the pics. The Michigan board of tourism should hire you guys for an ad campaign . I'm starting to consider a trip to Michigan for vacation next year .......keep up the good work and keep having fun with it

We accually were hoping to make it down that way at least sometime next summer for a weekend. We just don't know were there are good places to take pics. If you have anyideas please feel free to let us know.

Must do the cruise. My wife and I are hoping to take one next year. Maybe someone could plan a Lit member cruise...imagine what fun that could be!

Revisionist Greek nationalism rears its ugly head again. And what difference would it make as to where I am from? Would my place of birth have anything to do with the facts? All people calim to fight for freedom. The reason the Spartans had so much time to practice their military skills was that they had enlsaved nearly all of their neighbors. No, I don't think they were fighting for any sort of what we would call freedom for Europeans.
Let's just accept that the Spartans is indeed a silliy name for a football team. How does the East Lansing Lakodaemonians sound?
And why can't we accept the idea that Greek civilization spawned both fascist and democratic notions. They are afterall somewhat similar in ther emphasis on the superiority of the membership of both systems.
