Ok,
So after dealing with major family health issues I can now say i'm getting back into my workout routine full swing.

With that being said i'll post pictures as I go. Here is a pic from the end of last week. I hope to see major changes over the next 6 weeks and would love to have any feedback / requests.

Sorry for the crappy photo. Hard to take them and make them look good over a webcam.

You can't tell that much in the pic but i have a little bit left to lose as I continue to build. I have been out of the gym 2 months now due to some family issues taking up a lot of my time.

I was a bit chubby until 2 years ago when I said screw this shit and changed everything and got ripped. Time to get back to the swing of things.
 
Well I certainly hope everything is better for you now.

You should definitely post more pics while you are catching back up as it were :)

Guy threads can take awhile to get started and take some work so hang in there. With a body like you have there will be plenty of admirers once other women get wind of you ;)
