This advice is spot on.
A few points that I would add:
Most of the club members who are frequent visitors will have their own friends that they go to meet and play with. That doesn't mean that they are unfriendly or not likely to be welcoming. It does mean that you should be proactive and initiate conversations with other couples. If you see a couple that you think might be interesting, go talk to them. Don't wait for them to come to you.
Also, most clubs have "play rooms" that are separate from the dance/bar area. Some clubs will allow you to go back there fully dressed. Others will require you to leave your clothes in a locker and proceed to the back in only a towel. If you are not yet comfortable with public nudity, you might want to check on the policy at the club you plan to visit. Some towel clubs also have robes that you can obtain for an additional fee.
