First story, looking for an editor ok with straight, extreme BDSM / tentacles, set in D&D environment.

Hey everyone. Just finishing up my first story and I was hoping to find an editor because despite being literate and experienced, English is not my first language and I often make grammatical errors. The issue is this story is pretty out there, containing elements of humiliation BDSM, encapsulation and internal invasion set in a dungeons and dragons style environment (lots of tentacles!).

The protagonist is a female elf and the title is Ruby prison.

Would anyone like to help with editing? I know this might be asking a lot, but a female perspective of the physical sensation and realism associated with an internal examination would be useful.
