You're asking for a lot, here. Crops and floggers feel different. A crop has a sharp sting and a flogger feels heavier, with a thud. Of course, not everybody feels these the same way, either. For me a lot depends on the time of the month its being done, my pain threshold ebbs and falls as I guess most women's do. Also the area, the crop landing between that area between the buttocks and the thighs is easier to handle than it landing on my hip for example.

Generally speaking though the crop (which my OH uses harshly compared to a flogger) will stop any impending orgasm in its tracks-but like Stella says it depends on how its delivered.
