Actually I'm on a three day certification course in Toronto, (same time zone as you), and I have to be up by 8:00am at the latest. No problem, I'm staying in the hotel where the course is being taught. I only need about 6 hours sleep a night. Trouble is, I can never seem to be able to get to sleep in hotels. What's worse, I'm here all by myself.
