Hi, I'm a 33 yr old Female...and I am starting to give in more to my biside. Even though I have been with other women, I've never actually gone out on a date with one. I'm more nervous than ever. Can anyone please give me some advice?

Honestly, in my experience it's not very different to going on a date with a guy. I've noticed bigger differences from woman to woman and guy to guy than I've noticed in my experiences dating women vs. men as a whole. Unless you've always followed strict gender roles (stuff like he always pays, you play the coquette and he pushes for more) your entire dating life, the kind of person your date is will make a much bigger difference than what gender they are.

Just relax and have a good time. Flirt with her and get to know her as a person just as you have with every other date. If it helps, confess your nervousness! I've found that doing so can help ease some of the tension, and it helps her understand the reason if you're tongue-tied, etc.

Thank you for the advice, and I have no clue why I'm more nervous about this date than any other. Maybe some liquid courage will help things a long.
