Woo woo woo. Today is the tenth anniversary of my first kiss. Another useless piece of information in my personal mental trashcan that never gets dumped. Anyone have remembrances of their first kiss? I'll go first:

1. Age 11. Invited this cute boy to a Girl Scout hayride. Sitting on a horse-drawn trailer amongst piles of itchy hay. I got a wet kiss right on the end of the nose. I had to wipe my nose off on my sleeve. We were both too embarrassed to try again.

2. Age 12. School dance. Went outside with this boy to "get some air." Patio featured wall-to-wall preteen couples in passionate embrace. We were both orthodontically challenged and had heard horror stories about people with braces being taken to body shops to be separated with welding torches, etc. Mouths so tightly closed that no lip contact was actually accomplished.

3. Age 12. Saturday afternoon movie. Boy spent most of the movie very slowly putting his arm around my shoulders. When it became obvious the movie was about over and my Mom would be waiting in the car for me, he decided to go for it. He had been eating Good & Plenty and Reeces PB Cups. As he closed in, the smell of used licorice and peanut butter was really nasty. Don't think the kiss was ever consummated. Didn't try kissing again for a couple of years.

Sixth grade, on the playground. My boyfriend leaned me over (yep, like the dip you see in movies) and planted one, a french kiss. I wasn't expecting that and spent the next several minutes trying not to throw up. It was at least 2 years before I let another boy anywhere near my lips.

Age 9 with my big cousin just before I went abroad for 3 years.

When I came back she was my little cousin. She still is by about one foot less height and one hundred and fifty fewer pounds.

The first 'real' kiss came after I, as a Boy Scout, caught a Girl Guide (Scout in US) as she fell out of a tree. She was embarrassed because the skirt of her uniform caught over my head and ripped.

Being a 'proper' Boy Scout I had a sewing kit in my pocket. I sewed the skirt seam and earned a kiss. Her mother didn't notice the repair for a fortnight.

Age 12. Just another day in school., about to head home for the day, when I'm suddenly grabbed, spun around and orally assaulted by some girl three grades up. Properly frenched too, since I was too damn suprprised to neither close my mouth nor shun away. Then, before I could even react, she and her three friends ran off, leaving a trace of hysterical giggles behind them. Appropriately freaked and grossed out, I pulled myself together and headed home.

It was obvious that I had been on the recieving end of some kind of daring game, and the next day she acted just like I had been expecting; as if I didn't exist.

But I didn't care, I had made out with a fifteen year old babe, and it had apparently been witnessed by some guys in my class, which made me Way Cool for almost a whole week.

my first girl boy party age 12 seventh grade. We did seven minutes in heaven (went into a dark closet.) We stood there for six minutes then I kissed him lips closed to get lip gloss on him so people wouldn't think we were lame for not kissing.

I was 10. She was my neighbor and best friend. We practiced on each other so that we wouldn't freak out when it came to boys.

Then our moms walked in on us. My mom laughted her ass off, her mom was aghast and afraid we'd turn lesbian.

Well, my friend did, and I went both ways. We actually had a short flirt a few years ago. We were both much better kissers that time. :D

Mack, I was even later, 17 after my prom, in the back seat of the then brand new Mustang, a convertible too. Very yummy but I never saw the boy again. Then at 18 with a leather-boy Cockney and I married him.

I love kissing! esp. a man with full (plump) lips. Best was my 20 years younger lover (when I was 46), and I vividly remember our first kiss on the northeast corner of Geary and Van Ness at the end of our first date. Sigh...

However, at 12 I had my breasts fondled in my eighth-grade classroom in Catholic school. The boy behind me just leaned forward and grabbed me. Exciting and scary, but memorable.

My first kiss was in first grade at the ripe old age of 6. I kissed a gilr named Lisa and told her we were married. She sad one of us had to be a boy to get married. I guess she was wrong :D

16, school christmas party. Full on tonsil-tickler. The girl lined me and my buddy up against the bar and proceeded to kiss both of us in turn, apparently choosing between us.

Even though it was my first kiss, I can't have done that badly, since she decided to date me, starting at that moment. We lasted for 3 months, before I got bored and dumped her

I was 11 she was 10, it was a cute little dance put on by the school.

I really liked this girl and took the plunge! She liked me so it seemed to be no big deal.

I guess that night she told her mother about the kiss, and who it was. Both of us were innocent as neither knew we were related through marriage. My mother's sister's husband's brother married her mother's sister. I know that now it was so far removed it makes no difference, but at the time she and I did not understand. All we knew is some how we were related and that was enough to end the brief relationship.

We stayed friends for the longest of time. Never once did we kiss again.
Kind of funny now, but it was a nightmare at the time.

He took you to The Regency for a first date! Didn't he know you go to The Cliff House always!
Ha, ha. No, we started out in Golden Gate Park, went to late lunch on 9th Ave. (The Owl and Monkey cafe, now gone), went back to Park, fell in love, didn't want to part so went to movie at Opera Plaza, then walked along Van Ness to Geary where he waited with me for my bus (neither of us had cars). I rode home with a huge smile on my face. Next date, next day, we did it.

I was 13 or 14... I had such a huge crush on him, and he on me, but we were both so shy and scared. So we actually had this discussion that we were just going to kiss "as friends". Then we went upstairs and were playing nintendo and it turned into everytime one person passed a level, they "earned" a kiss.

First kiss was in kindergarten, I still know his name, but his family moved when we were six. :(

The first French kiss was at 14. I was at a school outing with a bunch of friends and we (the girls) decided to swap boys. We did and I ended up with the one boy who "did" French kissing. It scared the hell out of me. :D

Not horrible at all, but I think I have everyone beat so far on my first-kiss age: I was 18 and some months, in my first year of university. I met a cute musician playing for change on the street, went for coffee, and made out with him in my dorm lounge. I saw him several times after that, but he was considerably older than I was (27) and he was reluctant to be the first in any other respect. A decent, sweet guy--literally. I recall he tasted a little like bubblegum, even though he didn't chew it. :)

Graduation day, I was 16. My classmates and I had a big party to celbrate that Junior High was over, and after the party, we went dancing. OK, so the place was ACTUALLY for 18 and older, but out in the countryside, we don't stick by the rules all that much.

I danced with this guy, dance after dance, and then he stopped, looked at me, and kissed me. A long, long time. We danced some more, we kissed some more.

Only a few days later was I informed that one of my ex-classmates had ran around outside the dance hall, telling everyone we knew "Hey, come and see! Johnsson's making out with a guy!"

"No way!"

"Not JOHNSSON???" *

"Really?"

"Is she drunk?"

"No, she's sober! You know she never drinks!"

And so they all came in and stood and watched me make out for the first time.

And up to that point, I had never had a boyfriend, never been on a date, and I had been so shy that I blushed whenever a guy talked to me.

*=As a precaution, my last name has been changed in this story.

hiya

have i really got to say??

Well my first real kiss not just a peck was with an older lad, a mate of a male school friend.

my friend told me his mate bob wanted me to kiss him so i agreed. i'd have been about 10 coming 11. it was lovely at first i felt all weak at the knees as he locked his mouth onto mine, (open mouth stuff).

then he tried to push his tongue in my mouth, i wasn't so keen on that but let him eventually and started liking it.

then he tried to get jiggy and started touching me up in private places, so i kneed him in the balls. it was all very romantic.:D

true by the way, he never let me forget the day i almost put him off sex for life:devil: :D

First kiss was just a peck behind the lockers. I was 14 he was 18 with long hair & a full beard.

First french kiss was a day or two later (same guy) and was also my first date. That first date was also the first time I was naked to the waist with a guy. Hey, at least I kept my pants on!

- Mindy, looking back and thinking, "Damn I was easy!"

I keep telling y'all, we the adults have a responsibility towards our offspring. We have to teach them that in order to REALLY have fun, they should keep the top dressed, and the lower half naked!

Yea I tried to get my mate Chopper to practice it with me Lin, he wouldn't have it though:D  Damn prude.

First kiss, I dunno, it was a bloody long time ago, I think I'd have been about 13 when the first real plonk and slurp jobby was planted on me. That would have been with Nancy Fisher the 15 yr old village bike. (For the uninitiated, everyone rode her).

pops :D
