*skipping through the flowers* Tra la la

Ok, so it's mostly mud... and some really sad looking grass... but the flowers are coming... :)

March 20, 2006, 4:00 AM

Ragged breath, waking,
she spreads before me,
offering her dawning blooms---
and only moments before,
her lids, pale buds of night, fluttered---
as she parts her dew wet
flower, displaying her budding center,
my cheeks grazing the wild garden path
of her thighs.

My face buried in the new wet scent---

narcissus, muscari, convallaria, lilac---

4:00 AM, dark,
and I drink the first bright floods of spring!

(Just ice so far - snow is on the way later today.)
I got nothing here in the northern midwest, just cold and windy. ;)

It will be very pretty later, when the streetlights illuminate the ice.

Rain Rain go away come again another day...

Yeap, It's raining it's ass off here and cold..... Dogwoods and Redbuds have started to bloom, I've even got a few tulips up in the front bed.....

Speaking of bed, I think I will... a good day to snuggle under the covers....

The 2006 vernal equinox will occur at 11:26 a.m. MST, 20 March 2006, when spring begins in the Northern Hemisphere.

Happy Ostara to all.

First day of spring, huh?

:rose: Donning gauzy nymph outfit, dancing about and tossing flowers out of a basket :rose: You might want to avert your eyes. :rose: Anyone care to join me? :rose:

I so completely forgot that it was Ostara today that it's just not true!
