Finding An Artist For Long Term Use.

I'm looking to hire an artist for on going work into the foreseeable future. Both NSFW and SFW. As someone totally unaware of how to even find an artist, where would I look to hire someone who is both consistent and not a scam. Hoping there's some out there with a style I like.

I'm not looking for free art or anything like that, paying for someone's time and effort is what I'm after.

Im not sure youll find much in the way of photo realistic style here.

Fwiw, heres an abbreviated portfolio of mine. If anything tricks your trigger, shoot me an DM. I do a lot of sfw stuff too. This is just my dumping ground for smutty stuff i do for fun.

I don't think that you will really find the answer to that question on here.
There's always the option of approaching someone directly whose style you actually like on one of the other artist platforms (Deviantart, Artstation, Instagram) or if you are looking for an artist that frequents this forum, it might be best to check back over the recent submissions and see if anyone fits the criteria that you are looking for and approach them directly.

Artstation may possibly be your avenue if you looking for character art and concepting, although the costs maybe somewhat prohibitive as that website mostly caters to professional artists.
Not sure if my art would suit your criteria as mostly concentrate on the actual person rather than backgrounds or concepting - but you are welcome to have a look and contact me if you wish.

There are many talented artists on here as evidenced above, but, agreed, it has to be an style aesthete you're looking for.
I published an actual book (not going to "plug" it here, since I'd rather not cross-over my commercial work), but to do it, I found an artist in Fiverr who matched the mien/style I was looking for. VERY talented artist! Wasn't cheap, but wasn't ridiculous.

And I just have to say... it drives me nuts when people in authoring websites are bemoaning AI-written content, then using AI for their cover-art... let's be consistent in our values, people! I'm not talking about you, @Silver_Arrow, you're doing it the consistent way

As already mentioned, deviant art is a good address. Many drawing styles are available there. Some artist are here in this forum, too. You have to now, which style you prefer. My style for example is 3D realistic.
