But I think it is also a physiological thing. Gag reflex is their to save your life. Many people cannot "overcome" it any more than they can "overcome" the patellar reflex that makes your leg jerk when struck with a hammer. Some exceptional women can overcome the gag reflex. I think they are rare.

I think the matter of size is important. The size of your cock, yes. But the size of the woman, her mouth and throat. Small women are going to have a tougher time of it, as a rule.
