Finding a story?

I need help finding a story I read on here. I've spent hours looking for it but unfortunately my search has turned up fruitless.

I'll add as many details that I can remember. The general plot is there is this guy who finds out he has magical/suggestive powers and is accepted into an academy to help teach him. He has classes that work on different skills such as physical fitness,combat, and magical ability.

It's set in a fantasy style world with the same creatures you'd find in most fantasy worlds. There are different "ranks" within the academy, as well as different specialities. I think there was this "mind clay" that they practiced controlling with their mind too.

I'll take any searching tips, or if you know the story that'd be even better. Thanks!

I would suggest you go to the ‘Story Feedback’ section. At the top, there’s the ‘Looking For A Story’ section. Ask there; they’re pretty good with finding lost stories. Good luck.
